Most engagements are fixed-scope: a defined audit, assessment or implementation package with a clear deliverable and price. For longer collaborations we offer ongoing advisory arrangements. You will always know the scope and cost before we start.
With data. Performance work is measured before and after under real load. Architecture work is documented with clear decision records. You should be able to see – not just feel – the difference in speed, stability and delivery pace.
Both. Analysis always comes first – we profile and review before recommending anything. Depending on the engagement, we either guide your team through implementation or take ownership of specific changes ourselves, delivered incrementally and verified under real conditions.
Our deepest expertise is in PHP-based platforms: Shopware, Symfony, Laravel and WordPress, backed by Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker and AWS infrastructure. The architectural and performance principles we apply carry over to most backend systems.
Yes – most of our work is done alongside in-house or agency teams. We review architecture, define priorities and guide implementation, transferring knowledge as we go. We can also implement critical changes directly when needed.
